The Maple Leaf ThinkFOOD! centre provides a learning environment where Partners, Product Developers and Chefs can innovate, develop, conduct consumer research, share and collaborate on food concepts and menu ideas.
The 25,000ft2 facility features a development kitchen, pilot plant for small batch development, presentation kitchen, back-of-house testing kitchen, sensory testing area, presentation forum and a Culinary library.
While the current environment makes it difficult to host in-person sessions, all of the tools and processes outlined in our Customer Support Package are designed to be executed virtually, live from our facility.
