22 Culinary Creations ITALIAN SAUSAGE EGGCEPTIONAL SPINACH FRITTATA MUFFIN STYLE a ily nt F m lla The Ga n Of h From The Kitc e INGREDIENTS • 1 lb Schneiders Hot Italian Sausage Meat • 7 Cups Spinach • 2 Cups Cheddar • 12 Large Eggs • 8 tbsp Heavy Cream • 3/4 Cup Onion • 1 Medium Green Pepper • 1 tbsp Olive Oil • 1 tsp Garlic Powder DIRECTIONS 1. Heat your pan and add oil, keep on low heat. 2. Reduce spinach - once reduced by half put in a mixing bowl. 3. Crack all eggs into a bowl and add 8 Tbsp. of heavy cream and mix well. 4. Once you have mixed, add your garlic powder, pepper, and salt then mix again. 5. Start preheating the oven to 350°F and begin cooking italian sausage crumble in a pan. Once cooked add to the bowl of spinach (save sausage fat for next step). 6. In the same pan, cook onions and green pepper in the sausage fat. Once done add to the mixing bowl with spinach and sausage. 7. Add the cheddar cheese to the mixing bowl and give it a nice mix. 8. Add egg mixture to the mixing bowl and move everything around until it’s evenly distributed. 9. Then pre-grease your muff in pan and add the mixture into each. 10. Cook for 45 minutes. Let rest for 3 once out of the oven and enjoy!
