Culinary Creations 21 ITALIAN FLAG PANINO From The Kitchen Of The Ridpath Family INGREDIENTS • ½ Cup Schneiders Hot Italian Sausage Meat • ¼ Cup Alfredo Sauce • ¼ Cup Shredded Mozzarella • 3 Slices Bocconcini • ¼ Red Pepper • ¼ Green Pepper • 6 Onion Pearls • 3 Whole Roasted Garlic Cloves • 1 Slice Prosciutto • Panini Bread DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat your pan and cook the sausage to an internal temperature of 165°F. Once complete, set aside. 2. Next, dice vegetables and sauté in sausage drippings. 3. Shred (or use pre-shredded mozzarella) cheese. 4. Assemble ingredients in layers on the panini bread and grill in a panini press until desired crispiness.
