Culinary Creations 15 FESTIVE SAUSAGE WREATH From The Kitchen Of The Racciatti Family DIRECTIONS 1. Sauté ¼ onion, ½ green pepper, ½ red pepper. Set aside. 2. Sauté Italian Sausage – add vegetables back in. 3. Blend in mozzarella cheese grated and a few tablespoons of tomato sauce. 4. Roll out puff pastry so the triangles form a wreath shape when folded over. 5. Put f illing onto the puff pastry with addition of extra shredded cheese. 6. Fold pastry over to form the wreath shape. 7. Bake until brown and heated through. 8. Garnish with cherry tomato and f resh dill to make it look festive.
