INGREDIENTS • 1 Cup Schneiders Hot Italian Sausage Meat • 1 Cup Maple Leaf Prime Chicken • ½ Cup Maple Leaf Ready Crisp Bacon • 2 tbsp Olive Oil • 1 Medium Onion (Diced) • 1 Large Tomato (Cut Into Chunks) • 5 Cups Chicken Stock • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes (Chopped) • 1 Cup Kale Or Spinach (Finely Chopped) • ½ Cup Cream • Parmigiano Reggiano (Grated) Read more about our delicious and versatile Maple Leaf Precooked Bacon here! DIRECTIONS 1. In a large heavy saucepan, heat olive oil and cook the sausage, breaking it into small pieces as you go. When the sausage is no longer pink, remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside. 2. Add onion, bacon and tomato to the same saucepan and cook. 3. Add the chicken stock and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on medium heat until potatoes are cooked. 4. Add the chicken and kale/spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Stir in cream and heat through. 6. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 7. Enjoy!
