14 Culinary Creations FETTUCCINE A LA VANDA From The Kitchen Of The Racciatti Family INGREDIENTS • ½ Onion • 1 Red Pepper • ¾ Tube Of Italian Sausage • ½ Cup Cream • Fresh Fettuccine Pasta • Grated Romano Cheese • Fresh Basil DIRECTIONS 1. Sauté ½ onion, 1 red pepper adding ¾ of the tube of Italian sausage when vegetables are almost soft. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. 2. Lower the heat and add ½ cup cream until heated through. 3. Serve on f resh pasta with grated romano cheese. 4. Sprinkle it with the tiniest amount of f resh basil.
