DIRECTIONS 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain. 2. Scramble f ry the sausage, breaking apart as it cooks. Once no longer pink, remove f rom heat and drain off any excess juices. 3. Break apart McLaren’s cheese and add to pasta. Add hot sausage and tomatoes. Stir together carefully, to not damage the pasta. 4. Pour pasta and sausage mixture into a 9” X 13” oven-safe dish. 5. Cover with shredded cheese. 6. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes, depending on the desired crispness of cheese.
