Make a thick rectangular patty using Schneiders Canadian Farm Raised, No Antibiotics, Hot Italian Pork Sausage Meat. 2. Place a thick cut piece of Mozzarella Cheese in the center and wrap the sausage meat around the cheese. 3. Dip the product in an egg wash and roll in Italian Bread Crumbs. 4. Deep Fry until crispy and an internal temperature hits 165°F. 5. Cut on diagonal and serve with a Gin spiked marinara sauce for dipping. 6. Enjoy!
