Culinary Creations 11 3 CHEESE ITALIAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS Family The Korinowski Of From The Kitchen DIRECTIONS 1. Remove stems f rom mushrooms. 2. Melt butter in skillet, medium heat. 3. Add onion, sausage, green pepper, garlic and mushroom stems (chopped). Cook stirring f requently until veggies are soft. 4. Stir in cracker crumbs, parmesan/gouda/mozzarella cheeses, seasoned salt and oregano. Mix well. 5. Add chicken broth to moisten f illing. 6. Place mushroom caps in a shallow baking pan. 7. Spoon f illing into mushroom caps. 8. Add ¼” water to the baking pan being careful not to pour into mushrooms. 9. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake at 325°F for 25min or until mushrooms are soft and f illing is heated through. 10. Remove mushrooms f rom the oven and serve hot.
