DIRECTIONS 1. Cook off the sausage chub in a f rying pan then cool in a bowl but do not drain the grease. 2. Combine panko breading, cheese, green onion with the Italian sausage.. mix well. 3. Slice ¾ to almost all the way through the middle of the pork tenderloin. 4. Open up the tenderloin then take a meat tenderizer and flatten out the pork loin. 5. Lay out bacon on foil side by side weaving one strip the opposite way through the middle. 6. Lay the pork tenderloin on top of the bacon. 7. Place an ample amount of stuff ing through the middle of the pork tenderloin. 8. Close up tenderloin using the bacon to hold tight. 9. Same procedure for the other pork tenderloin. 10. Set BBQ or oven to 320°F. 11. Cook till 145 F internal temp. 12. Let sit 10 min. 13. Slice and enjoy.
