INGREDIENTS • 750 g Schneiders Slow Roasted Pulled Pork • 250 g Cream cheese • 125 ml Buffalo wing (French’s Red Hot) • 1 Pillsbury Crescent roll • 15 slices Pre-cooked bacon • 1 Egg • Cilantro SAUCE • 150 ml Ranch sauce • 50 g Pre-cooked bacon cut into pieces DIRECTIONS 1. Heat oven to 375 F. 2. Combine the pork, cream cheese and sauce in a bowl. Cut the shallots and add them to the mixture. Unroll the dough and separate into triangle. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange triangles in ring to make a circle at the base and then pour the mixture to the base of the circle. Wrap the triangles over the mixture and garnish with slice of bacon where there is no dough. 3. Beat the egg and put the gilding on the dough using a brush. 4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. 5. While baking the crown, cook the bacon until it’s very crumbly and cut into pieces. Add bacon to sauce. 6. Serve the sauce in the center of the crown. 7. Garnish with cilantro to taste. THE LOADED CROWN From The St Pierre Family
