DIRECTIONS 1. Cook the sausage, breaking it into small pieces as you go. 2. Finely chop red pepper, garlic, and basil. 3. Mix the cooked sausage with all other ingredients in a bowl. 4. Spoon mixture onto a wonton wrapper, seal into a potsticker. 5. Lightly spray with cooking spray and transfer to an air f ryer for 6-8 minutes or f ry in a cast iron pan. 6. Serve garnished with grated Parmigiano and f inely chopped basil with a side of basil pesto, balsamic vinegar. 7. Buon Appetito!
