8 Culinary Creations DOUBLE PORK CHAO- DOWN WAFFLE STACK From The Kitchen Of The Hawkins Family INGREDIENTS • 5-6 oz. Schneider’s Natural Pulled Pork • 2 – 4 or 5 inch Belgian Waffles • 2 Rashers , Schneider’s Butchers Cut Bacon cooked to desired crispiness. • 1 Chao Creamy Slice • 1 egg • 3 teaspoons butter • 2 tablespoons Honey • 2 tablespoons Real Maple Syrup • Pinch Salt and Pepper DIRECTIONS 1. Mix honey and Maple syrup together, reserve. 2. In a pan heat Pulled pork in one teaspoon, of butter, and one tablespoon of Maple Honey Sauce, and salt and pepper to taste until reaches 165F, pull together in a pile and top with a Creamy Chao slice, turn down to warm to allow the cheese to melt. Re-heat bacon in same pan at this time. 3. In another pan simultaneously, f ry egg with another teaspoon of butter to desired way, (I recommend, Sunny, Over-Easy or Basted for the gooey yolk goodness) 4. Prepare or retherm the waffles, and when hot, use one for a base, top with Pulled Pork and Chao stack, top with bacon, then the other waffle, the last teaspoon of butter in the middle of the top waffle, and f inally with your cooked egg. 5. Pour remaining Honey Maple sauce, over top and serve. Whipped Cream is optional for those who want a little more dairy in their breakfast.
