It ' s a deli with healthy fats that you can serve as breakfast , lunch , dinner , or an appetizer . e Nelsen Family From Th STUFFED WITH SLOW COOKED PULLED PORK INGREDIENTS • Schneiders Slow Roasted Pulled Pork • 2 ripe avocados , sliced in half lengthwise & pit and skin removed • 2-3 teaspoons of grass-fed butter or coconut oil • granulated garlic, to taste • sea salt, to taste • fresh squeezed lime juice OPTIONAL TOPPINGS • avocado cream sauce • chopped cilantro • salsa RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT • cast-iron skillet DIRECTIONS 1. Heat a cast-iron skillet on medium and add the pulled pork. Re-heat for a few minutes in the skillet and when it’s warm, remove and set aside. Measure the grass-fed butter or coconut oil into the skillet to melt. 2. Slice the avocados in half lengthwise and discard the skin and pits. Season the tops (flat side) with granulated garlic and sea salt, to taste. Place the avocado halves cut side down in the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes or until a golden crust forms. If you like, you can flip them and cook the other side, but that’s completely optional. 3. Remove the avocado halves f rom the skillet and use tongs or a fork to stuff them with pulled pork. Drizzle the tops with f resh lime juice and serve immediately.
