GOOD MORNING BREAKFAST GRENADES From The Elliott Family Kitchen INGREDIENTS • Baked potatoes • Schneiders Slow Roasted Pulled Pork • Maple Leaf Bacon • Eggs • Roasted red pepper • Red onion • 10%cream • Cattleman smokey bbq sauce • Cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Fully bake as many potatoes as required 2. Cool potatoes overnight in f ridge. 3. Carefully scoop out potato in one piece leaving a potato shell. 4. Cut up scooped out potato into cubes to make home f ries and f ry with seasoned salt for flavour 5. Cook bacon to desired doneness. 6. Reheat pulled pork in pot with favourite bbq sauce 7. Shred cheddar cheese 8. Mix eggs, cream and roasted red pepper in bowl then into a f rying pan and let cook like an omelet. 9. Chop up red onion or green onion whichever you prefer. 10. After everything is heated and has colour it’s time to assemble. 11. Place home f ries in base of shell 12. Next layer the egg then a generous layer of pulled pork then a strip of bacon. 13. Top it off with shredded cheddar and then broil to melt the cheese. 14. Garnish with onion and enjoy.
