DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix parsley flakes with panko for coating 3. Make egg dip with at least 2 whole eggs 4. Mix pulled por k with favourite bbq sauce (approx. 3oz per chicken breast) 5. Use meat mallet and pound chicken breast(s) until approx. 1/8” between plastic wrap 6. Layer f resh baby spinach on chicken breast 7. Place layer of Havarti on spinach 8. Layer approx. 3 oz pulled pork onto cheese 9. Roll tightly 10. Dip into egg wash 11. Roll into the panko blend 12. Use wood tooth picks to secure 13. Pan f ry to brown the outside of chicken 14. Finish in oven, baking until internal temp is at least 165 degrees (approx.. 25-30 minutes) 15. Let stand for approx. 5 minutes before serving 16. Enjoy!
