Culinary Creations 27 SIMPLE SUNDAY BREAKFAST SAMMIE From The Pinkerton Family INGREDIENTS • ¼ c Schneiders Slow Roasted Pulled Pork • 1 English Muffin • 1 Egg • ½ tsp Butter • 1 Tbsp Shredded Cheddar • Loads of Ketchup for dipping DIRECTIONS 1. In a small f rying pan warm and separate the pulled pork. Heat on medium until desired temperature and consistency, approximately 5 min and then set aside 2. Crack a f resh egg into the seasoned pan used for the pork and f ry the egg over medium, approximately 3 min 3. While the egg is cooking, pop the English muff in in the toaster; once browned, lightly butter 4. Assemble your easy breezy breakfast sammie: • Build a nest of pulled pork on the bottom half of your English muff in • Next add your perfectly gooey egg • Sprinkle on some cheddar while it’s all still hot so the cheese starts to melt • Top with the other half of your English muff in and you’re ready to dunk in some ketchup
