PULLED PORK INGREDIENTS • 2 pounds JMS Natural Pulled Pork • Combine with your favourite BBQ Sauce BACON INGREDIENTS • 500g JMS Double Smoked Butcher Cut Bacon • 3/4 Cup light brown sugar • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika • Freshly ground pepper MAC & CHEESE INGREDIENTS • 2 tablespoons butter • 2 tablespoons flour • 3 cups water • 4 cups milk • 500g elbow pasta • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard • 4-5 cups freshly shredded sharp white cheddar cheese • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400. Put bacon in a bowl, season with pepper, paprika and brown sugar. Lay bacon on a parchment lined tray, cover with foil, and bake for 20 – 25 mins. 2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add flour, cook for 1 min, then pour in one cup of water. Gradually pour in the remaining water and milk, stirring until evenly combined. 3. Stir in pasta, sal t , garl ic powder and mustard. Stir occasional ly, unti l the mixture reaches as simmer. Reduce heat to medium low for 9-10 mins or unti l pasta is al dente. Remove f rom heat and stir in the cheeses unti l mel ted. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
