16 Culinary Creations TANDOORI PULLED PORK FLATS From The T chen rask Kit DIRECTIONS 1. Place 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan or pot, stir in chopped onion and minced garlic and cook slowly until onions are caramelized & garlic f ragrant 2. Add pulled pork to pot plus the Tandoori and stir until evenly coated and pork is cooked 3. Add the tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, and garam masala. Stir in zucchini chunks and coconut milk. 4. Bring to a simmer and then reduce heat to med-low. Cover for 30mins, stirring occasionally until zucchini is tender. 5. Serve on grilled (warm) Pitas/Naan Bread 6. Drizzle with Greek Yogurt and sprinkle with Green Onions and red bell peppers as desired. ENJOY!
