Culinary Creations 11 BENNIE AND THE JETS From The Kitchen Of The Tudge Family INGREDIENTS • 8 oz of Schneiders Slow Roasted Pulled Pork mixture • 2 English muffins • Chipotle mayo • 4 slices of fresh pineapple • 4 slices of bacon • 4 poached eggs • 1 avocado thinly sliced • 1 tbs Smoked Whiskey BBQ sauce PULLED PORK PATTY MIXTURE • 8 oz Schneiders Slow Roasted Pulled Pork • ¼ c whisky BBQ sauce • 1 Tbs hot sauce • 1 Tbsp liquid smoke • 2 tbs bread crumbs DIRECTIONS 1. Toast English muff ins 2. Drizzle Chipotle mayo as base 3. Place sliced pineapple on top of Chipotle mayo 4. Place cooked bacon on top of pineapple 5. Top pineapple with avocado 6. Make 2 oz patties out of the Pulled pork mixture 7. Place patties in hot skillet and grill until heated throughout 8. Place grilled patty on top of Avocado 9. Add poached eggs 10. Drizzle with whisky BBQ sauce 11. And sprinkle with chili lime seasoning
