Culinary Creations 25 KETO FLOWER RICE From The Kitchen Of The Jeanson Family INGREDIENTS • Riced Cauliflower • Schneiders Hot Italian Sausage Meat • Yellow Bell Peppers • Cherry Tomatoes • Onions • Pasta Sauce • Italian Herbs • Garlic Powder DIRECTIONS 1. Trim the leaves and stem off the cauliflower and cut into smaller pieces. 2. Working in 2 batches, place 1/2 the cauliflower pieces into a food processor and pulse until it is uniformly and coarsely ground. Place in a large bowl, lined with paper towels. Repeat with the second half. 3. Pat the top with paper towels, squeezing out any excess water. 4. Brown meat and onions until no longer pink. Add peppers, cherry tomatoes, garlic powder and pasta sauce. Simmer for 30 mins on medium low. 5. Serve over heated riced cauliflower.
